We not only believe but we know that the scales of justice are not equal or fair. So, we refused to ignore the history of American jurisprudence.  The American legal system history of economic deprivation, racial, prejudicial, and social injustice still systemically favors the wealthy and privileged to the detriment of the poor and unconnected.  We unapologetically believe that the legal system is systematically rigged for the rich and powerful and against the common person. Our belief is that, if, justice is not personal, tangible, and accessible to every citizen, then, it is merely a seven letter word void of meaning or purpose.

We believe that every case is personal whether it be a civil case or criminal case.  The entire family is affected by a lawsuit or a criminal prosecution.  We are the difference makers. We believe the difference is always personal.  The distinction and separation of our firm from all the others is our fight to make a personal difference in every case we take.
